COMMON TEAM WORKOUTS:
* Masters swims at the Aquadome from 7:30 to 8:30 every Tues and Thurs., Sept to late May when they take off the dome.
* If you are a YMCA member, you can continue swimming on your own at the Westbrook Y for free, (check their schedule).
* Monday night swims at Lake Quanapaug started at the end of May throughout Summer, with a 6 p.m start.
* Wednesday night Yoga at Zanes, 6:45 - 7:45, Classes will also be held Sunday mornings in the winter.
* Wednesday's also has a group ride from the Walsh Middle School, leaving at 6pm.
* Every Saturday morning there is a longer training ride going off from PO Club Branford, (time has been 8:30 am from the PO Club, but check the group email for updates)
* Wednesday and Saturday runs from both Branford and Madison Sound Runner Stores, please check there website or stop in and ask.
